PMAA Board Application
Thank you for your interest in joining the Presidential Management Alumni Association (PMAA) Board of Directors. PMAA is looking for a select few individuals to serve our community in a leadership capacity.

We strive for our board to reflect the varying length of experience, educational backgrounds, diverse agencies, range of skills, and demographics of the Federal Government. The work of a director can be multifaceted, and this is a great chance for alumni to develop their Executive Core Qualifications through voluntary experience. If you're looking to increase your exposure to specific areas (e.g., budgeting/finances, communications) this is the unique opportunity for you! If you have these skills and are looking for an opportunity to share them, then this is also the unique opportunity for you!

Directors can expect to volunteer 10 hours each month in meetings and on committee work, such as planning our training series, performing outreach and advocacy for our community, and assisting with content creation and strategic planning. This is a working board, and we rely on its members to show up, share their ideas, and work in teams to make them happen.

The application is open, and the board considers new applicants on a quarterly basis. Additional volunteer opportunities are available via committees. Please direct questions, information, or accessibility requests to director@pmaa.us.
