While Dr. Meghan Monthie focuses on caring for busy moms and multiple generations of their families, we care for all kinds of patients at Heirloom, including patients of all ages (infants to great grandparents), genders, insurance coverage (insured, including Medicaid and Medicare, underinsured, and uninsured), and walks of life.

Please note: Heirloom is a membership-based direct primary care practice intentionally designed to be affordable, predictable, and transparent. Nearly all of your family's primary care services are covered and delivered at a deeply human level, without copays, surprise bills, or being rushed through. We still recommend insurance or other catastrophic coverage for the big stuff, like labs, imaging, prescriptions, specialists, hospital visits, and surgeries.

Our current rates as of 8/2026 are $200/month per patient member and a maximum of $600/month per family.
