Once the hire is confirmed a holding deposit of 10% of the full hire price is due

I understand that the full hire balance + deposit must be made prior to collection

The hirer is responsable for collection and pick up

Any damage or loss will be debited from the refundable deposit

All costumes must be cleaned before being returned. Any costume returned un-cleaned will be subject to a $10.00 clening fee

I understand that the replacement value of the Olaf puppet is far greater than the deposit being paid for this hire. Any damage or loss may result in the deposit being used to replace or have him repaired. Any damage that cause the repairs to be greater than the deposit will be invoiced to the hirer.

I will not be hiring the Olaf costume for this production
