Waiver Agreement:

I understand that outdoor activities involve risks, including injury, illness, or death, and I voluntarily assume these risks. I release Black Travel Maine its staff, sponsors and volunteers from any liability for injuries or damages. I affirm my physical fitness to participate. I consent to the use of photos, videos, or recordings taken during the event for promotional purposes without compensation. By signing, I acknowledge these terms and my voluntary participation in the activity.
