Please fill out this form to register for the Hendrix College Band Day. The deadline to register is Thursday, September 13. The registration fee is $35 and must be submitted prior to the deadline. Payment may be made by check or credit card.
If paying by credit card, you will make your payment through our Square Store. You will be provided with a link to the Square Store at the end of this registration form. Please note that credit card payments will incur a processing fee of $1.40, which will make the total registration payment $36.40.

Participants in Band Day will receive: Band Day T-Shirt, Pep Band Water Bottle, Lunch at Hendrix’s award-winning Dining Hall, Rehearsal with the Pep Band, and Performances with the Pep Band at the Warrior Football Game.
