RPNA BOARD MEMBERS Input for RPNA’s 2026–2029 Strategic Plan

RPNA is developing a new 3-year strategic plan (2026–2029) to strengthen governance, clarify roles, set realistic priorities, and build long-term sustainability.

As a Board member, your perspective is essential. This survey is designed to surface what’s working, what’s unclear, and where RPNA needs to make deliberate strategic choices, including governance, capacity, engagement, and fundraising direction.

This is not an evaluation of individuals. It is an opportunity to be honest about systems, structures, and constraints so the organization can move forward more effectively.

The survey takes approximately 7 minutes.
You may skip any question.

Responses are confidential and will be synthesized across the Board. No individual comments will be attributed by name.
