Phased Integration Readiness Form
If your district is interested in Cornerstone integration, following the Phased Integration path, please complete and submit this form. The Vision Resource Center team will follow up with you to schedule a kick off call and begin the integration work.
Please identify:
- An HR lead and an IT lead who will each work with the Vision Resource Center team to set up the employee datafeed and single-sign-on.
- Two Functional Leads (Cornerstone administrators) who will be responsible for completing the training and building your portal. You may train additional administrators, but two are required.
MULTI-COLLEGE DISTRICTS
- In addition to the district Cornerstone administrators, you may identify one person at each college in your district who will also complete the functional training and support the ongoing maintenance of your Vision Resource Center portal.
