Tuition listed is the annual rate. The school has contracted with Smart Tuition to collect tuition payments. Parents have the option of making tuition payments over a 1, 10, or 11-month period. The first payment will be due in August

Fundraising Option (choose one)
Option A: There is a minimum of $300 in mandatory fundraising over the course of the school year. This may be raised via fundraising opportunities provided by the school (e.g. sales, jog-a-thon, etc.). If not raised by May 31, 2021 the remaining balance will be charged to the family via smart tuition
Option B: Cash/check donation to the school of $275 (This is tax- deductible) payable by May 31, 2021
As members of the school community, school families are expected to share their time, talent, and resources to help support the effort of the school in educating the children. Each family must complete 30 hours of service. Families will be charged $25 for each uncompleted hour during the time period listed below.
The first ten hours must be completed by November 30th
Hours 11-20 must be completed by March 31st
Hours 21-30 must be completed by May 31st
All students must be current in immunizations.
TK students need to show proof of Polio x3 shots, Hib x4 shots, DTP x4 shots, Hep B x3 shots, MMR x1 shot, Varicella (chickenpox) x1 shot
Kinder students need to show proof of Polio x4 shots, Hep B x3 shots, DTP x5shots, MMR x2 shots, Varicella (chickenpox) x1 shot-2 are preferred
7th grade students need to show proof of Tdap x1shot, MCV4 & HPV are recommended
I am aware of my obligation to pay all tuition and fees related to the education of my child(ren) and agree to read and comply with the procedures and policies in the Parent/Student handbook. All parties responsible for payment must write their name, date, social security number.
