PERVET Vocational Educational Training survey
The Pervet survey, within the Erasmus + program, investigates the working wellbeing on three different areas in Czech Republic, Italy and Lithuania from three different points of view: employers, employees and VET (Vocational Educational Training) providers.

Recent experiences on this field, managed within the CSR framework, and researches conducted at European and international levels have being demonstrated an increasing people's need for working wellbeing.

Some companies are currently offering new tools of work-life wellbeing. One of them is the “business concierge”, a personal facilitator who can help employees in managing daily tasks and errands, relieving them from daily responsibilities and personal fulfillment, free up their days to do the things they enjoy, helping them in personal time management.

Thanks to your experience as VET trainers, coordinator and managers, we ask you to support us in the definition of his/her features and training path.

The compilation of the questionnaire will take 10 minutes. It is divided into two sections: the first one is focused on your profile and the profile your organization, the second one on the new professional profile.
All your answers will be kept strictly confidential and used exclusively for this research purpose.

“Personal facilitator” profile
As told before, our survey would like investigate, with your support, the features of the new professional we are working on: the personal facilitator.

The personal facilitator is a person who can help employees in managing daily tasks and errands, relieving them from daily responsibilities and personal fulfillment, free up their days in order to better their working daily tasks, helping them in personal time management.
