Give Me 5 Volunteer Sign Up Form
Ōpāwa School values the contribution of parents, whānau and family to our children’s learning and the life of the school. We understand that your time is valuable and want to make it easy for you to help your child and the school in a way is that is right for you. We are using the Give Me 5 programme, developed by the NZ Parent Teacher Association (NZPTA), to help us do this in 2019.

When you sign up for Give Me 5….
* You offer to give at least 5 hours of your time to help our school during the year.
* We give you a choice of many ways to volunteer for our school.
* You tell us how you’d like to be involved and how you can be contacted.
* You enjoy seeing the smile on your child’s face when they see you helping out at school.

To express your interest in participating, please complete the form below.

You are welcome to complete more than one form if you have other family members or friends who would like to volunteer.

Thanks advance for your support and best wishes for a fantastic 2019!

I am interested in learning more about the following opportunities (tick all that apply): *
Selecting these options does not commit you to any of these activities. It registers your interest and allows us to contact you with more details of appropriate opportunities as they arise.
Do you, or someone you know, have any skills or expertise and/or access to good or services that you would be willing to volunteer/donate to support the school?
This is could be absolutely anything: any professional or trade skills (builder, landscaper, graphic designer, painter, musician, IT whiz, dressmaker, plumber...) or access to any goods or services that could be useful to the school (eg as prizes for fundraisers). Or perhaps you may be able to get goods or services for the school at a discounted rate.
