Sydney Meetup '17 * 1 - Early Registration
PLEASE READ CAREFULLY

What: Sydney Mechanical Keyboard Meetup. 2017, No. 1 (In case a second is held later in the year).

When: 8th July 2017, 10am setup to 4pm.

Where: Lidcombe Bowls Club (3 James Street, Lidcombe, NSW 2141)

The venue is a licensed bar, and as such U18 are permitted but under supervision of an adult (I will be acting as the responsible adult so long as you do not try and buy alcoholic drinks please)
As such, we can not bring our own drinks (I'm assuming bringing your own water bottle is okay/Tap water should be available), but drinks to be bought from the club.

Nibblies will be provided.

- Showing off your keebs
- Soldering table (there will be some SMD practice kits to try with if you want to)
- Buy/Trade if you are looking to do either with anyone at the meet
- If someone has a laptop/tablet, we can also do Typeracer competition (projector available).
- Raffle!

Originally I was going to ask for entry fee, however to make this easier there will be no entry fee, but instead our giveaways will be by raffle ticket purchases to offset the costs of venue and other costs.

Raffle Tickets:

If you purchase raffle tickets before 30th June 2017, you will get 2x what you purchase!

Each Raffle Ticket can win 1 prize, You may win more than 1 prize!

Purchase on the day tickets will available.

ONCE COSTS OF THE EVENT ARE COVERED BY RAFFLE TICKET SALES, LEFTOVER FUNDS WILL BE HELD AND DECIDED BY THE ATTENDEES ON HOW IT WILL BE SPENT! (Donation to a good cause? Funding for next meetup? Drinks? Etc.)

If you do not trust me to pay now via family/friends, that is understandable, just purchase tickets on the day please.

On The Day (I may not have sufficient change, so if you do not bring exact, you may end up buying either more or less than your desired amount of tickets)

$5 = 3 tickets ($1.67 each)
$10 = 8 tickets ($1.25 each)
Any others above $10 is reset, e.g. $15 = 11 tickets (3 +8), $20 = 16 tickets)
