You are invited to be a part of Wildlife & Harvest Day 2017!
The Santa Clara Valley Audubon Society, in partnership with the City of Cupertino, is pleased to invite your group to participate in Wildlife & Harvest Day! This year’s event will take place on Saturday, October 21, 2017 from 10:00AM to 3:00PM at Blackberry Farm in Cupertino.

The goal of this fun event is to raise awareness about issues related to wildlife and to inspire environmental stewards of all ages. This is a great opportunity for your organization to promote that goal and to showcase your own environmental programs. There is no fee for exhibitor registration. We encourage interactive activities at each booth and are especially excited to include any live animal exhibits that you have available.

We would like to hear from you as soon as possible. If you have any questions or would like further details, please contact SCVAS Outreach Coordinator Kelly Alfrey, at (408) 627-7172 or outreach@scvas.org.

How many tables does your organization need?
SCVAS will provide picnic tables with attached benches for everyone as needed. Due to the available space, we *strongly* encourage you to use these tables rather than bringing your own...
How many folding chairs does your organization need?
NOTE: This question is only for those who intend to bring their own tables. If you intend to use the picnic tables provided, please skip this question.
Are there any special needs we should know about (e.g. live animals, shade needed, need to be near water, etc.)?
Please note: We try to have shade - either natural or pop-ups - for all who request it (and Blackberry Farm is VERY well shaded) but we do not have enough pop-ups for everyone; anyone with live animals will have first priority. If you want to ensure that you will have shade, you are welcome to bring your own canopy.
