Amenities requested NOTE: amenities left unrequested may be rented or utilized by others. NOTE: Specify ANY equipment needs (ie #1, #4, #8 and 6 paddles needed)
Locker Room (showers are available however, locks are not provided)
Basketball Courts (two available - specify one or both and if only one, specify ½ or full)
Volleyball Courts (four available - 2 courts per gym - specify number of nets needed)
Pickleball Courts (six available - 3 courts per gym - specify number of nets needed)
Racquetball Court (one available)
Cardio Room (treadmills, cycles, stair climber)
NAUTILUS Room (full body-circuit workout and free-weight equipment)
Game Room (2 pool tables, 2 ping-pong tables, 1 foosball, commons area seating for 24-30) NOTE: Children must 12 or over to use the Game Room tables
Snack-Bar (popcorn, soda, water, chips, candy, and ice-cream when available)
Meeting Spaces (‘open commons' areas and ‘closed door’ areas - seating from 10-60, one conference w/tv monitor and seating for 16.
North gym ‘Commons’ area (carpeted, round tables w/seating for 24, area chairs can be added)
Jogging Track
Kitchen-Dining (Comfortable seating for 220. Food and meal prep can be provided for most budgets. Self cooking possible. This amenity must be cleared for use through our dining staff)
If you have any questions please call the Family Life Center through the Immanuel Baptist Church office at 316-262-1452. You can expect notice within 5 working days after receipt of the Request for Building Use. Upon approval of the request, an ‘Agreement’ will be forwarded to you for signature. Terms and Conditions for Use, or Policy and Procedures may accompany the ‘Agreement’. Thank you for your request. If you have not received a timely reply please feel free to call or email.
