5th Annual Vista Hockey Alumni Game Registration
Are you ready to play in our annual Vista hockey alumni game?  Reserve the date, November 30th from 6-8pm at South Suburban Sports Complex.  Players should arrive by 5:00 to check in, and check out the silent auction items etc., and meet our new coaching staff that will be our refs for the evening; Varsity head coach Matt Anthone, assistants Kelly Hollingshead, Tanner Gillis, JV head coach Daniel Kozachuk,  and assistant Nick Hoppe. We know this is early but want to plan ahead.  We look forward to seeing you all there! 

**Registration form must be completed by November 4th to be included in the program and to obtain the $40 participation and jersey fee***

 Please register early.  This event has become popular and we have limited spots so please sign up ASAP.
