2018 Good Food Caterer Survey
Is your business going above and beyond to provide healthy, sustainable, fair, and local food to your customers? If so, the Philadelphia Food Policy Advisory Council (FPAC) wants to hear from you!

We are looking at four categories:
- Healthy Menus
- Sustainable Sourcing
- Fair Labor
- Local Ownership

Respondents meeting best practices in at least TWO categories will be added to the Good Food Caterer Guide (https://tinyurl.com/2017GFCG) that is shared with City departments and agencies.

BACKGROUND
FPAC’s Good Food Procurement Subcommittee advises the City of Philadelphia on how to spend its public dollars on ‘good food’ – food that is affordable, healthy, sustainable, culturally appropriate, local, and fair. FPAC released the first edition of the Good Food Caterer Guide in December 2016 and promoted it among more than 25,000 City employees to encourage catering purchases that support a just food system.

INSTRUCTIONS
Please tell us more about how your business is including health and sustainability in your menus, or fairness and equity in your business. Read each question carefully and provide explanations when needed. BOTH answers and explanations are needed in order to receive maximum credit for categories.
