2019 QSEN National Forum: Pre-conference & Workshop Submission
The following form allows you to submit a pre-conference (3 hours) or workshop (90 minutes) for potential presentation at the 2019 QSEN National Forum in Cleveland Ohio May 29-31. Submissions will be accepted until August 31, 2018. Notice of acceptance will be no later than November 1, 2018.

2019 QSEN National Forum objectives.
• Share innovations or research in teaching strategies or curricular design that enhance QSEN competency integration in academic and practice settings.
• Share innovations or research in practice strategies that integrate QSEN competency into practice settings.
• Share QSEN Informatics competency and simulation innovation that target quality and safety education and practice.

Pre-conference or workshop content should be free of agency, trade and/or commercial product names. An anonymous version of the content will be peer reviewed by at least two expert reviewers.

Pre-conference or workshop content will be reviewed by the following criteria:
• Purpose is clearly stated.
• The content aligns with the conference theme and the QSEN mission/vision.
• The content is innovative and would be of interest to others.
• The content is organized, clear, and concise without typographical errors.
• The content includes "take-home" materials for conference attendees to use when returning home.

Please make sure your author information is complete and accurate. Please note that all submissions are final; you will not be able to edit your entry once the form has been submitted. You will not be given a confirmation email after you submit.
