HAVE YOUR SAY – Proposed Pedestrian & Cycle Bridge form

Haslemere Town Council is seeking your views on a potential new bridge over the railway, linking Tesco and the Leisure Centre. This pedestrian and cycle bridge would offer step-free access, ease congestion, encourage walking and cycling, and help reduce pollution — all without direct cost to local taxpayers.

We’re considering funding a feasibility study through Neighbourhood Community Infrastructure Levy (NCIL) contributions, but first we want to hear from you, our residents.  We have already obtained quotes which range from £10,000 to £20,000 and Waverley Borough Council has confirmed that they would contribute towards the study as part of their Active Travel agenda.

🗓️ The poll is open from 6 November to 18 December. Please take a moment to respond.
