Rush Order Policy:
-Orders booked 2 weeks, or less, from the event date will incur a 25% Rush Fee
-Orders booked 1 week, or less, from the event date will incur a 35% Rush Fee
*rush orders are not eligible for any discounts*
Booking/Payment Policy:-All invoices include a Travel Fee ($2.50 per mile), Sales Tax (10.5%), and Gratuity (18%)
*Customers are welcome to pick up orders to avoid the Travel Fee*
-Full payment of invoice is required in order to book, unless otherwise stated on your invoice, and payments are non-refundable.
*a 1 week tentative hold is placed on the date & time once the invoice is sent*
Cancellation Policy:-Payments are non-refundable, but we offer full credits (without expiration) to clients who have to cancel or reschedule their event due to unforeseen emergencies. The credit may be used all at once or split up over multiple invoices.
