Diaper and Formula pickup
For current clients who would prefer to pick-up diapers and/or formula than to come into the building please fill out the following form. If you are not a current client, you will need to make an appointment to become a client you can do so at www.trylife.center/appointment or call 724-339-9399.
As per TryLife Center's current policy current clients with a child under the age of 3 are eligible to receive 1 pack of diapers weekly and current clients with a child under the age of 1 are eligible to receive one can of formula a month.
At this time we are only offering diapers and/or formula to be picked up. If you need more than diapers and formula you will need to make an appointment at www.trylife.center/appointment or call 724-339-9399
