    What are your top 3 goals for the next 90 days?

    This is a great place to talk about what you want to accomplish with your team. For these requests, we are looking at how we can help you increase pipeline relationships, make strategic introductions or develop an ideal customer profile with your team so they can identify existing and new contacts that are good prospects. It’s important to includes quantities and deadlines, if you have them. Examples: “Sell our entry-level cleaning package to 7 new customers over the next 4 weeks.” “Create a panel discussion for design academics on 3/17.”

    What are your 3 primary challenges?

    We are here to support your growth and the growth of your whole team through connections to expertise for consulting work or coaching and learning experience that will aid in development. We have a host of people in our larger network that can assist with work product or culture changes, like cultivating a growth mindset. Examples: “My role includes preparing the company for sale to another owner, but we don’t have an Operations Manual.” “We are a small organization and I need everyone on the team to understand they are part of the sales process – from receiving a walk-in inquiry to sending the invoices.”
