Please read through my Terms & Conditions before completing your bookings or purchase. Any bookings or purchases made will assume agreement to these terms and conditions. Gift Vouchers can only to be used for baking classes and workshops and are not transferable to cake orders/purchases or private bookings. If you are ill or unavailable to attend a class you may send someone else in your place. Class bookings are non-refundable. *Force Majeure /Act of God:If an act of god / force majeure prevents me from being able to run a class, an alternative date will be scheduled for you to attend. Postponement of course:If for any reason I am unable to run class on a specific date, I will give you as much notice as possible and provide an alternative date for the class to run. If you are unable to attend on the alternative date, a class credit will be issued at the full cost of your class. Bad Weather:If bad weather prevents me from running a scheduled class, or if I am unable to run the class, an alternative date will be scheduled for you to attend.Class Cancellation Insurance: You may wish to purchase class cancellation insurance to protect your purchase. My liability is strictly limited to the cost of a class booking. I cannot be held liable for any money spent by students, such as travel arrangements, hotel bookings etc. If I have to cancel a class and you have already made bookings, the maximum credit note amount from Cheryl G Cupcakes will be limited to the total amount of money you spent on booking class(es) with me. For such unforeseen circumstances, I advise you to purchase class insurance. Class policies regarding COVID-19 Equipment will be cleaned thoroughly before each class, and high touch points will be cleaned throughout the day as necessary. Hand sanitiser will be provided.

All cakes and ingredients are 100% Gluten free.

Requests for the removal of other allergens will be accepted but cannot be guaranteed. Please take this into consideration before booking.

All workshops may contain peanuts and tree nuts.

WAVER In the event of any student having an allergic reaction during a class or workshop RESULTING IN SEVERE ILLNESS OR DEATH CherylGCupcakes can not be held responsible. You are agreeing that all responsibility lies with the adult booking the class for the child taking part in a class or workshop. You are agreeing that apart from Gluten, there may be all other allergens present in all classes. Cheryl G Cupcakes can not be held responsible for any trips, falls or any other injuries during any class or workshop. This includes from my home address or any other venue. People who are not steady on their feet, very effort must be put in place by the individual if they need help with stairs or steps. I am always happy to help with this. Please let me know in advance for any accessibility issues and I will be there to help you.
