Our classes are open to all levels and mixed gender who prefer gentle yet deep practice. Asanas (postures), pranayama (breathing exercises) and deep relaxation techniques are stringed together with a focus to improve your strength, flexibility and vitality with continued practice. Poses are long held, with attention to alignment and enhanced through deep breath work.
Mindful asana practice with guided relaxation towards the end aims at progressively relaxing the physical and the mental over time, eventually succeeding in realising the Sukhaatma (Inner Stillness) within for a healthy, happy and peaceful Life.
Drop-in and block booking are available. Drop-in costs £15 and pre-paid block booking (6 sessions) cost £72; i.e. £12 per session. New members are welcome to try the first session at an introductory price of £5.
Please come comfortably clothed and bring along mats and any other props you might need for the practice!
