First off: if you're here because you tried to join an HRW meeting and couldn't: so sorry you weren't able to attend!

We know that regular, reliable meetings are important. However as a decentralized (and often participant, volunteer-run) constellation of meetings, sometimes those intentions don't always pan out.

So in an effort to improve the listings on our meeting calendar, we're asking for the info below whenever this happens. It's a big help in towards improving the accuracy of what's listed on our calendar, and your support is very much appreciated.
