Altars
Take part in this unforgettable community event by participating as an altar builder in the 2016 Viva La Vida Dia De Los Muertos Festival at the Santa Ana Regional Transportation Center on Saturday, October 22, 2016.

Build an altar dedicated to a loved one or to bring awareness to a social issue.

Being an altar maker is a big responsibility and we strongly suggest enlisting the help of family and friends as it is a long day. Altar Builders must commit to attending their altar until 10pm.

Altars can generate a lot of trash and we do ask for a $25 donation to reserve your altar space to help cover these costs. Please make your check payable to Calacas Inc. Checks can be mail to Viva La Vida c/o Altar Builder PO Box 11075 Santa Ana CA 92711 or dropped off at Cafe Calacas. Reservations are on a first come, first-served basis and we do anticipate that Altar spaces WILL FILL UP. For additional info, please contact Jessica Arambula at jessica@vivalavidasantaana.com

Applications and donations must be received no later than October 10th.
