Interest Form: UCLA STAND for All for Community Colleges
UCLA is offering FREE self-guided online lessons to teach participants evidence-based cognitive behavioral skills for self-management of low mood and anxiety. Participants have the option of supplementing these lessons with remote coaching support. We call this program STAND for All.
Join us to learn skills to improve your emotional health like building healthy sleep habits and dealing with low mood, anxiety and panic. You will have a choice from a variety of courses so that you may choose what is best for your specific needs.
If you are interested in exploring the lessons, please fill out this form so we can create an account for you. These services are free, self-paced and you are welcome to pause at anytime.
If you are concerned about confidentiality, please feel free to create a new anonymous email account and use an alias (different name) and different birthday for registration with us. While we will observe which participants return to our course website and we may communicate with you using this information, we do not need to know your real identity.
