To book a stall at the 2022 Calne Bike Meet on Saturday 30th July 2022:

- Please complete this form with details of your stall
- We will review your request and let you know the fees and required documentation
- Once we have received your payment and documentation, we will confirm your booking
- We will confirm the location of your stall and what to do on the day at least two weeks before the event

We need copies of documents showing your stall complies with legal and safety requirements. We will let you know which documents to supply once we have details of your stall. Contact traders@calnebikemeet.com if you have any questions about what is needed.

I confirm that I/we hold all the required licences, insurances and certificates relating to legally trading at Calne Bike Meet 2022. I will supply copies of relevant documents when requested.
