    FINAL PAYMENT is due 120 days prior to departure. For reservations made within 120 days of departure, full payment is due at time of booking. Once your reservation request has been submitted it will be processed and, if space is available, an invoice will be sent. You may then send your deposit or full payment. Space is not saved until a payment is received and processed. You can pay by either check or by most major credit or debit cards. Note: there is a 3% surcharge for foreign currency cards. INSURANCE: We require all participants to carry Travel Protection Insurance that includes emergency overseas medical coverage. If you already have medical insurance, please verify that it covers overseas travel and forward proof of insurance to us. If you do not currently have it, you can purchase a policy for the duration of the trip from any insurance company you choose. Travel Cancellation Insurance, although not required, is strongly recommended to protect your tour payments and flights should an emergency arise before or during your trip.
