Whether you are new to Carnival this year, or are a longstanding participant, thank you for your interest in joining the 2025 Nailsea Carnival procession. The procession is a valued annual community event, with an esteemed guest of honour judging the entries and awarding trophies for best-in-category. There are no restrictions on the size of entry - large group or just one person, you are very welcome to join the Carnival procession.
This year's Carnival is due to take place on Saturday 5th July. Procession entrants should assemble at Clevedon Road car park from 12:15pm, ready to be judged by 12:30pm. The procession leaves Clevedon Road car park at 1:00pm. A map of the procession route can be found on our website at www.nailseacarnival.org.uk/processionmap.
Trophies for winners will be presented at Millennium Park immediately after the procession's arrival.
Please note: Individual fundraising is not permitted. All proceeds from street collection during the procession are donated to the Carnival Committee's nominated charity.
Nailsea Carnival is organised by a team of volunteers with support from 1st Nailsea Scouts, a charity registered in England and Wales with the Charity Commission (registration number 305628).
