Show Submission
Hello, and thank you for your interest in producing a show at Magnet! Most shows we put up are created by members of our community (students and graduates of our Training Center) and we occasionally present shows from visiting friends. If you have a comedic improv, musical improv, sketch, storytelling, stand-up, or variety show that you'd like to produce at Magnet, this is the place to submit!

Show pitches are evaluated on the following criteria:
- Is the basic idea of the show clear and understandable?
- Does it bring something unique to the stage?
- Is it "stage ready?" Does it have a cast and director ready to go?
- Does it represent what we teach and value at Magnet?

Please understand we will not be able to accommodate every pitch we receive, but we will do our best to respond to everyone.

TECH POLICY: The Magnet will provide a tech intern for every show and, in most cases, tech will be very minimal. If your show is more production-heavy (requires a lot of tech), you are encouraged to hire your own tech for the show and set up a tech rehearsal with the theater manager. *
