Please fill this form with accurate and complete information. The submission of this form does not guarantee participation in Luminaria. Vendors will be selected and contacted in the fall. Contacting Luminaria directly will NOT increase chances of being selected. Thank you for your patience.

Please list all food items you plan to sell and include the price of each item.
Please review some of the food vendor rules and regulations that will be enforced by contract (upon selection) at Luminaria 2019. Please do not submit this form if you have an issue with any of these rules.
All food vendors will be required to donate 30% of gross profits (before expenses are paid out) from the night of November 9, 2019 to Luminaria.
Food vendors will begin teardown no earlier than 12:15 AM after the festival on Saturday, November 9, 2019
Food vendors are permitted to smoke food.
Food vendors will not be permitted to have or drink alcohol within the booth space.
Food vendors will not sell beverages unless previously agreed upon with Luminaria.
Food vendors are prohibited to sell in glass containers of any kind.
Food vendors will only be permitted to sell the food listed on the final agreement form (which will be received upon selection).
All trash, grey water, grease, etc. must be retained by the food vendor and disposed of in proper locations off site.
No children under the age of fifteen are permitted in the booth.
Returned checks are subject to a $50 NSF fee.
All Restaurants are responsible for collecting/paying Texas State Sales Tax.
Submission of this application does not guarantee acceptance.
Luminaria will provide one 10x10' tent, one 6’ rectangular table, one 30 amp circuit, one fire permit (if required) and one health permit. Any additional electricity needed will be subject to an additional fee to be determined at a later date.
Luminaria is a Rain or Shine Event. There will be NO rain dates or refunds.
In the case of food vendor cancellation, the food vendor must notify Luminaria in writing at least 2 weeks prior to the event to receive a refund from the food vendor agreement. If the food vendor cancels less than two weeks prior to the event, no fees (if applicable) will be refunded.
Prohibited Acts: Restaurant shall not distribute or advertise any product or service that is not consistent with the “family friendly” character of Luminaria. Restaurants shall comply fully with all applicable federal, state and local regulations.
City Requirements: Restaurants shall follow all City of San Antonio rules and requirements, such as holding a Metro health food permit, and if applicable, a San Antonio Fire Department permit.
