2019 Stafford Hamlet Family Fest Event Registration
We will provide a 10' x 10' space (or less, if you prefer) for you to set up your booth. Bring a table, canopy, pamphlets, brochures, etc., to share about your organization.
Options for Booth Space:
1) Business Booth - providing information only (no selling): $35
2) Business Booth - selling on site ($50)
3) Community Org/Nonprofit - FREE
EVENT DATE: Saturday, September 14, 2019
Load-In: Friday, September 13 from 5:00pm -7:00pm OR Saturday, September 14 from 7:00am - 8:30am. Cars must be out of the booth area by 8:30am.

Load-In & Load-Out Scheduling
Load-In Schedule: There are three waves of load-in times. Please choose your preferred time. NOTE: Booth doesn't need to be set up within time period, but the vehicle dropping off your materials needs to be out of the area at the end of your window.
Load-Out Schedule: Saturday September 14. Please choose your preferred time. NOTE: Booth doesn't need to be broken down within this period, but the vehicle needs to out of the area at the end of your window.
Load-In (choose your desired arrival time)
Friday, September 13 from 5:00pm to 7:00pm (10 remaining)
Saturday, September 14 from 7:00am to 8:30am (20 remaining)
Load-Out (choose your desired departure time - 10 spots available per time slot). No load-out permitted prior to 4pm.
Saturday, September 14 from 4:00pm to 4:30pm (10 remaining)
Saturday, September 14 from 4:30pm to 5:00pm (10 remaining)
Saturday, September 14 from 5:00pm to 5:30pm (10 remaining)
