Suggest a speaker to present TED-style Talk

Since 2006, TED and TEDx Talks have spread around the our planet with over a billion views

We search all year-round for presenters who will inform and inspire, surprise and delight.

We look for innovative and influential individuals to present, speak or express their talent.

They could be thinkers or doers, or both.

They could be performers in the arts, have an inspiring story or interesting life experiences to share. They could have a new way of looking at things or done something that made a difference.

They coud be geniuses, icons, famous, or not at all. We consciously seek emerging artists, scientists, thinkers and pioneers, introducing them to the world, well before they hit the mainstream.

TED-style Talks are extraordinarily effective at spreading ideas. In total, TED and TEDx Talks have been viewed more than one billion times worldwide. This exposure has transformed the careers of many TED presenters and performers, either by introducing them to larger audiences or recasting them in a new and thoughtful light.

This isn't a typical conference talk. We invite speakers to "Give the talk of their lives" in 18 mins or less. TED has found that a carefully prepared presentation of this length can have astonishing impact. The global TED community and audiences have high expectations and we closely work with speakers in advance to help them shape a presentation of high impact. We're committed to creating an experience that's tremendously fulfilling.

Above all, TED is about passion, laughter, beauty, ingenuity and ideas with the power of changing the world.
