Hello MVHS families! If your family needs help with a Thanksgiving meal this season please complete the application below. Our friends at Outlook Christian Church have generously offered to prepare baskets full of all the makings for a fabulous Thanksgiving feast. This will be on a first come first served basis, so please complete the form through the school of your youngest child in MVCSC as soon as possible. If your youngest child is at the high school please fill out this form by Wednesday, October 9th. Outlook Christian Church requires that we give them a last name for baskets to help with the sorting process. All names are kept confidential.
We are asking that families pick up their baskets at Mt. Vernon High School in the front office on Friday afternoon, November 22nd from 11-4 PM. There will be no pickup after 4 PM. If for some reason you are unable to pick up your basket during that time, please indicate that on the form so arrangements can be made.
