Hi, everyone. My name is Fivestar, and I am an adult film producer and director who has worked in the industry for 13 years. I'm creating this form to help support dialogue around performer and crew safety on adult film sets. I plan to share this information publicly and with fellow producers. Please feel free to submit any questions or suggestions anonymously by withholding your contact information. If you would like to remain anonymous but still receive a response from me, check the "I'd like to remain anonymous" box at the top of the survey. I have a pretty heavy production schedule, but plan to respond to any submissions, at least once a week. This form may evolve over time based on feedback.
