After School Sign Ups

We are so excited to have your child with us for After-School 2025-2026. In order to secure your child's spot in the program there are a few things you will need to do. We have very limited spots this year so don't wait!

1) Complete a Pre-Admissions Packet. These can be picked up at Calvary Learning Center in Tuscumbia from 9:00am-5:30pm. These are due on July 30th!

2) Pay the $50 registration fee. All billing is done through Bright Wheel. When you have accepted an official spot, you will receive a text message with a link to create your billing account. It is your responsibility to pay the registration fee by July 30th to reserve your child’s spot in our After School program. REGISTRATION FEES WILL NOT BE REFUNDED FOR ANY REASON.

3) Attend the mandatory parent meeting on August 4th, from 5:00 pm to 5:30 pm. The meeting will be held at Calvary Baptist Church in the gym.

We have limited spots, so we will let you know when you have an official spot or have been added to the waitlist.
