March Break Art Intensive Participant Form
The Arts & Script Writing Intensive is a partnership between The Concerned Kids and ResQ Youth. It will consist of a five-day arts intensive during March Break 2020, from March 16-20th, 2020 in Brampton at Central Public School.

We are looking for 15 enthusiastic participants (aged 12-18 year-old) willing to learn and expand their skills in various art forms including: script writing, theatre, puppetry, visual arts, music, videography, and creative writing! Participants will have to commit for the entire week from 9 am - 4 pm each day, in order to take part in the program.

This program will be free for participants. We will also provide free lunches every day, optional breakfast at 8:30 am, transportation passes if required by participants and a certificate of completion. At the end of the experience there will be a performance/screening in May to showcase all of your hard work, all your friends and family will be invited.

Participants interested in attending must fill out this application form.

Applicants will be notified within a month of submitting your application to let you know if you've been accepted into the program.
