Our unique 700 sq foot space is perfect for a wide range of events. - Why choose us? We are located within minutes of downtown Houston. Our event space can accommodate up to 20 guests comfortably with tables. With a seated capacity of 30. We provide 30 chairs and 2 tables onsite for your convenience. There is one restroom available onsite to ensure your guests' comfort. But arrangements can be made for additional restroom access. AV/WIFI (not included)
- Convenient parking options are available near our venue to accommodate your guests, however, our space will hold up to 12 vehicles.
- We welcome outside food with your preferred catered or food options for your event. We allow BYO alcohol, only wine and beer are permitted. If you'd like more you must hire a licensed caterer with a licensed caterer to handle this service.
- To continue to host great events our noise must be respected. We have neighbors and keeping the noise to a reasonable level is a requirement during your event. AV/WIFI (not included).
- We offer flexible event timing options to fit your schedule and ensure a seamless experience.
