CIT Application (2020) - J.N. Webster Scout Reservation
The CIT program offers an exciting opportunity for those who would like to learn about the camp operation form the staff viewpoint. As a CIT, you will learn leadership skills, will become knowledgeable of camp operations, and develop teaching Scouting skills.
The CIT Program is a one (1) week commitment. The program is designed to instill the knowledge and values that is expected of all Connecticut Rivers Council staff members. Participants will work in all areas of camp and gain first-hand experiences to understand what it really takes to operate the high-quality programs of J.N. Webster.
The cost of the program is $175. Participants must be at least 14 years old. All participants will be evaluated at the end of the week and could be offered to stay for another week based on their performance.
Those who successfully complete this program will be seriously considered for future camp staff positions.
