The strength of Sigma Lambda Beta Fraternity, Inc. lies in the communities we're a part of and the wisdom we share. This year, we have designed our programming around four pillars that represent the lifecycle of a Brother - from chapter to the boardroom. We are seeking dynamic speakers and workshop facilitators for the following tracks:

⚖️ Cultural Architects: Deep dives into social justice, advocacy, and living our values.
📈 Chapter Legacy & Growth: Best practices for operational success and sustainable recruitment.
💼 Alumni & Career Readiness: Professional development and navigating life post-graduation.
