The project "Coping with Challenging Behavior in Youth" (CCBY), funded by Erasmus+ under KA220-YOU - Cooperation partnerships in youth, is a collaboration between a consortium of organizations from Denmark, North Macedonia, Poland, Bulgaria, and Italy.
The project aims to support the societal inclusion of young people with challenging behavior. It seeks to improve the capacity of youth workers and educators by equipping them with tools to build self-esteem, resilience, and stress management skills among youth. Additionally, the project intends to raise awareness among youth workers about the causes, manifestations, and effective interventions for challenging behavior.
Participating organizations in the consortium are: NART (BG), Copenhagen Youth Network (DK), Centro Yoga Belluno (IT), Regionalne Centrum Wolontariatu (PL).
Goals of the International Seminar:
The main goal is to train youth workers, educators, and professionals, as well as young participants, on how to use body-mind meditations to increase emotional awareness, foster well-being, and improve mental health. These techniques can be integrated with additional tools developed in the project
We are looking for 2 youth workers and 2 youths (18 - 29) to participate in this training.
