Please read through these guidelines.

As host, your account will be responsible for the $5 per guest fee, payable in cash by the end of the party.
•
All guests who are not members of the Exchange Pool will be charged, regardless of age or residence.
•
Greater than 25 guests may require additional staff, so there may be additional fee beyond the $5 guest fee.
•
Please provide your request at least 2 weeks in advance of your event.
•
Parties may be held during normal business hours.
•
Set up and clean-up is the responsibility of the host member.
•
The host member agrees to ensure that guests observe the Rules & Regulations of the Exchange Pool while on the premises (copies available at the front desk) and leave the premises in a clean and neat condition.

Please remember: no glass or ceramics are allowed. This includes cookware and dishes.
