Application for a travel bursary
The RSE Conference committee are able to offer travel bursaries for

a) early career RSEs/researchers (see below for a definition);
b) students with an interest in RSE-related topics;
c) RSEs/researchers/students who work outside the UK.

To qualify for a bursary you must:

i) Fall within one of the above categories
ii) Be within the first five years in a RSE role following completion of your education if you wish to apply as an early career RSE/researcher
iii) Be unable to attend without the bursary.

The bursary is to be used for the costs of transport from your home institution and accommodation at the RSE conference venue. Eight travel bursaries are being offered of up to £250 each. Note that the bursary does not cover the cost of registration to the conference.

The deadline for applications for travel bursaries is 4th June 2018.
