Thank you so much for your kind words, continued support and patience as we all transition to temporarily working out remotely. Our intent with remote training is to continue connecting with each of you on a daily basis while offering you some personalized options for your training based on equipment available and your personal goals. We will be rolling out personal training as the intake forms come in so for now please check the CFD blog for at home workouts along with any news or updates. If you did not come in to grab a piece of equipment we will be open tomorrow (Tuesday) from 10am-12pm. If you are not able to come in to grab equipment please send us a message so we can get you some gear!
