Founder of Inner Sanctuary Wellness, Monica Kamran is a Intuitive Healer, Stress Management, Corporate Wellness, Meditation & Mindfulness Coach and Emotion Code Practitioner. She helps people reclaim peace so that they can live a healthier, stress free life. Her experience includes working with teens, children with special needs, individuals suffering from cancer, insomnia, depression & anxiety.

Her workshops and sessions have benefitted many on their spiritual journey And others dealing with everyday stress. She is actively involved in serving the community by volunteering for Scouts, SEWA and The National Coalition Against Prescription Drug Abuse.

She has just launched a program specializing in working with children with special needs using Holistic Healing and Assistive Technology. Her motto: Peace comes from within when your intention is clear and positive, mind is determined, the heart is kind and actions then, speak silently.

Learn new mindfulness and guided medication skills that can help you through this season.

Tuesdays 11/10, 11/17, 11/24 and 12/1

Each workshop is unique and covers a different aspect of mindfulness.
These workshops are not in continuation.

Session #1: Grounding and Centering: Learn techniques that help you
focus, stabilize your energy and empower yourself to a be in a positive
state of being.

Session #2: Practicing Mindfulness and self- compassion: We often are
kind to others but can be our worst critics. Gift yourself the Gift of
presence and kindness to access greater inner peace and self-acceptance.

Session #3: Respond and not React!: Transform the negative patterns of
thoughts by accepting, understanding and managing emotions to reduce
anxiety and reclaim peace.

Session #4: Release and Rejuvenate: learn to mindfully practice
forgiveness by choosing to forgive the past, learn to flow with our
minds and be empowered to stay present and experience the joy of
the present moment.
