Indiana MEA 2018 Marketplace Badge Request
This form is for our Marketplace exhibitor partners to request badges for their booths. Each booth purchased entitles a Marketplace exhibitor to four (4 ) badges. Badges will allow those individuals full access to the Conference. Badges will be printed based on the information provided below -- please submit names with appropriate capitalization, etc.

Note: IMEA does not track the attendance of individuals using these badges. If an individual is expecting PGP points as an active teacher, these badges will not work.

Badge requests are due December 27, 2017
