Submit an Ad to the 2025 Orientation Times!
Advertise a campus event or highlight a University Office in the “Orientation Times” newspaper. The “OT” is given to all first-year and transfer students in late August when they check in for Orientation.

Deadline to submit has been extended to Tuesday, July 15.

  • All ads are 1/4 page vertical ( 4.75 in. width x 7.75 in. height) and printed in black and white. We can not accept ads that are the wrong size. Ads must be submitted as a PDF.
  • The cost is $20 per ad.  *FREE for Student Organizations
