Program: OWL: Building Resilience in Youth
What You'll Learn: While a child is developing, their social-emotional development is just as important as their physical growth. Through this 1-hour seminar, you will learn about social emotional development and the impact of trauma, identify ways to build and strengthen resilience in children, and demonstrate self-care practices to prevent caregiver fatigue.
