People for Cats reserves the right to refuse an adoption to anyone for any reason and to confiscate any cat or kitten because of false information given on this form. No animals will be adopted to persons under the age of 21 or to anyone with a history of losing, returning, selling, giving away, or mistreating animals. No cat will be adopted without an in-person interview with the people wishing to adopt. A cat may not be adopted by anyone planning to use the animal as a gift. No cat or kitten adopted from People for Cats may be declawed at a later date.

People for Cats adopts kittens out in pairs. Occasionally we get a single kitten which we adopt out into a home with another young playful cat. This is People for Cats policy and there are no exceptions.
