At the Second Chance Initiative, our mission is to create jobs that help women in recovery flourish. If you are a woman in recovery who is looking for work, please complete this form.

We offer a variety of opportunities, ranging from roles for experienced professionals who need space to learn how to balance work and recovery, to entry level positions for women who are new to the workforce or cannot return to previous career paths.

We care about your future, not your past. Your background will never be held against you at Second Chance and applicants with a criminal record or employment gaps are encouraged to apply.

We look forward to learning more about you!
