Before our first lesson, I'd like to get a good idea of what you expect from me. Some music students prefer a laid back teacher that really puts the "fun" into lessons and others want more of a traditional, structured approach to teaching. Some want to learn to read music and others want to learn to play by ear. This questionnaire will help me when I am lesson planning to better provide you with what you are looking for in your specialized, one-to-one lessons.
